We are an experience atelier bringing together hosted local experiences, personal trip planning and practical support for hospitality teams. Starting in Amsterdam, we help you discover worthwhile places and make the most of your time.
Our founder brings years of experience across Europe in tourism product development, supplier coordination and guest operations. We put that knowledge to work in the places we choose, the days we plan and the way we look after our guests.

Spend less time comparing options. Our Amsterdam trip planning service puts your interests, dates and preferred pace into a one-day itinerary, with up to five recommendations, suggested timing and practical booking information.
One revision is included. We agree the scope and planning fee before research begins; tickets, meals and reservations are arranged separately.

We help independent hotels, serviced apartments, venues and experience operators review one guest offer, from its description to the booking process and staff handoff.
The work includes prioritised findings, a revised offer description and an operating checklist your team can use.
Guest experience designLocal experiences
Our first Amsterdam experience is a 3.5-hour evening exploring the city’s bars with Ziggy. Jenever, cocktails and conversation are part of the evening; showing you around is at its heart.
We are building a small collection of experiences, with some hosted by Rihla and others planned with independent local operators. Each listing names the operator and explains the duration, format and inclusions before you decide.
