We take responsibility for coordinating the brief we agree with you: finding suitable guides and venues, arranging reservations and checking that the timings work.
You receive the plan, the confirmed arrangements and anything that still needs your decision. If something changes, you come back to us. We agree how and when we will be available during your experience before you commit.
Our background spans guest operations in Paris, Rome and Amsterdam. For other destinations, we check what we can arrange before making a proposal.

Each request is quoted individually. We set out our planning and coordination fee alongside the costs of guides, meals, tickets, transport and any other agreed arrangements, including what is paid to whom.
We confirm availability, inclusions, payment and cancellation terms before a booking is agreed. Sending a brief starts the conversation; it does not reserve or charge anything.
