The brief you prepare

When you choose Send this brief, the details you enter and the brief you review are sent securely to contact@byrihla.com through the website’s Cloudflare Worker. We use them to reply to your enquiry. Nothing is booked or charged by submitting the form. We do not save the brief in browser storage.

Enquiry references and campaign information

Each submitted enquiry receives a reference. We keep a private operational record for up to 31 days containing that reference, timestamps, enquiry category, email-service acceptance status and any campaign labels supplied in the page address. This record does not contain your name, email address or message. A protected cryptographic fingerprint helps prevent duplicate sends. Your message and contact details remain in the email sent to our team.

Campaign labels are carried through links during your visit and included only when you submit an enquiry. We do not use advertising cookies, store advertising click identifiers or send this information to Google Ads. Network and sender signals are used temporarily to limit automated or repeated submissions. Email-service acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery or a confirmed booking.

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical and browser signals to decide whether a request is likely to be human.

If automatic delivery is unavailable, the page offers an email draft fallback. That draft stays in your mail client until you review and send it.

Images, fonts and hosting

The homepage film, photographs and logos are served with the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which your browser contacts to display the typefaces. The website hosting service also handles the requests needed to serve these pages. Those providers may process technical request information.

Bookings and service enquiries

Experience requests are handled by Rihla. We confirm availability, price, inclusions, payment and cancellation terms before a booking is agreed. Sending Rihla an enquiry does not reserve a place. Tailor-made experiences and hospitality work begin only after we agree the scope and fee with you.

Contact us at contact@byrihla.com with questions about your enquiry or to request access, correction or deletion of the information you shared. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in your initial brief.
